Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to speak & write English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently from taking off to progress claim, familiar with tender/ estimates, project cost control and pre/ post contract administration.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit.

POSITION: ACCOUNT MANAGER

KEY RESULT AREA:

1. Ensure the group’s financial governance and audit procedure are in place.

2. Develop financial strategies aligned with the company’s business plans and support

realization of long-term growth objectives.

3. Budgeting, tax planning and assist the CEO in treasury functions.

4. Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

5. Oversee the daily accounting and operational functions of the group of companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are

properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and

report preparation.

2. Interacts at all levels to produce timely, efficient, and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting for Management deliberation.

3. Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.

4. Establish reporting formats to communicate and highlight cash flow requirements and projections.

5. Supervise team of Accounting and Administration staff to ensure they are motivated and provided proper support to meet their job duties and responsibilities

6.Perform ad-hoc functions as and when assigned by CEO/Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2. Preferred candidate with Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, others)
3. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of management experience preferably working in established architecture/ID fit out company.
4. Strong leadership skills with high level of self-motivation and initiatives, able to work well in a fast pact environment.
5. Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
6. Good command in English ,Bahasa and Mandarin
