There are always opportunities to learn more about the insurance industry and different product lines. Travelers offers pretty good benefits, and it feels like a stable place to work, which is important. The hybrid work model in Hartford, CT, helps with work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes, the promotion process can feel a bit slow, especially for individual contributors. It's a large company, so getting things approved can take a while. Also, while leadership is generally supportive, communication from upper management could sometimes be more transparent about company-wide changes.
