Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Live Streaming Operations, Sales, Business Development (BD), or Client Management.
Experience in the live streaming industry is preferred; candidates with sales, customer service, or client-facing experience are also encouraged to apply.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent client management and business negotiation skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee live streaming projects to ensure successful execution and achievement of project objectives.
Liaise with clients to understand business requirements, develop project plans, and ensure smooth project implementation.
Coordinate with Live Stream Operations, Hosts, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly to ensure timely project delivery.
Analyze live streaming performance and project results, and implement improvement strategies to optimize outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular project updates and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the management.
