Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) whose primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting and scheduling meetings for senior sales leadership. This role does not involve closing deals or managing the full sales cycle. The focus is strictly on identifying potential prospects, initiating conversations, and coordinating qualified meetings with account executives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect Identification & Research
  2. Identify target accounts and key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, databases, and internal CRM.
  3. Outbound Lead Generation
  4. Execute multi-channel outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities.
  5. Initial Prospect Engagement
  6. Initiate conversations with prospects, clearly communicate the company’s value proposition, and spark interest.
  7. Lead Qualification
  8. Assess prospects based on defined criteria (need, authority, fit) before passing them to the sales team.
  9. Meeting Scheduling
  10. Book qualified meetings or demos for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff.
  11. CRM Management
  12. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  13. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
  14. Align with internal teams on campaigns, messaging, and target segments to improve conversion rates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2- 3 years of experience in SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting roles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professional prospect communication.

Location: San Jose Montes de Oca, San Pedro, Dent OfiMall Piso #8

Timing: 9am to 6pm
