Pros

As a Recruitment Consultant, I've found a very supportive team culture within this professional services firm. There are great opportunities for career growth, especially if you're keen to learn the ins and outs of the staffing industry. The hybrid work schedule really helps with work-life balance, allowing good flexibility.


Cons

Workload can get very demanding during busy periods. Sometimes, the internal communication flow isn't as smooth as it could be, which can make adapting to changes a bit tricky.


Advice to Management

Focus on improving internal communication channels to ensure everyone is always on the same page, especially during periods of change or high demand. Streamlining some approval workflows could also help efficiency.
