Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions and other payroll-related items for all OT Group
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including the distribution of payslips and tax reporting
Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Liaise with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll-related queries or issues
Prepare and analyse payroll reports, providing insights to management
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and recommend process improvements
Update Payroll SOP and procedure
Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a payroll management role, preferably in the Accounting/Finance industry
Thorough understanding of payroll best practices, labour laws and tax regulations
Proficient in the use of payroll software and ERP systems (SAP, ProInt, Oracle, etc)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
