Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Work Experience: Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in construction industry
Field Supervision Experience: Proven experience as Site/Field Supervisor in Structural/Architectural/Interior/Landscape work on building construction/renovation and/or residential/housing development projects
Professional Certification: Valid Work Competency Certificate (SKA/SKK) - Junior Expert level (Grade 7) in relevant discipline
Key Responsibilities
General (All Disciplines)
Oversee daily construction activities in assigned discipline and ensure smooth project execution on-site
Inspect and verify that all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes (SNI)
Track daily progress against project schedule; report delays and implement corrective actions
Enforce health and safety protocols; ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site
Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors; provide technical guidance and instructions
Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation
Identify and resolve construction issues promptly; communicate with Project Manager
Discipline-Specific Responsibilities
Struktur (Structural)
Monitor structural work including foundation, concrete, and steel installation
Verify structural integrity and quality of materials and workmanship
Ensure proper installation of reinforcement, formwork, and concrete curing procedures
Arsitektur (Architectural)
Supervise finishing work including walls, doors, windows, and exterior cladding
Verify architectural details match design drawings and specifications
Monitor surface quality, alignment, and aesthetic standards
Interior
Oversee interior finishing including flooring, ceiling, partition, and wall finishes
Verify material quality, installation methods, and aesthetic compliance
Monitor coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) with interior works
Lanskap (Landscape)
Supervise landscape and hardscape installation including plantings, paving, and site features
Verify plant quality, spacing, and installation according to landscape design
Monitor site drainage, irrigation systems, and environmental compliance
