Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, GMV Max, Meta Ads, and CPAS.
Develop campaign structures based on product category, campaign objective, audience segment, and sales target.
Monitor and optimize daily performance, including ROAS, cost per order, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, ad spend ratio, and paid GMV.
Allocate and adjust advertising budget based on campaign performance and commercial priorities.Identify winning products, audiences, keywords, creatives, and campaign formats for scaling.
Conduct structured testing on ad creatives, targeting, bidding, placement, and campaign setup.
Analyze product-level and campaign-level profitability before scaling ad spend.
Work closely with the E-Commerce, Content, Affiliate, and Brand teams to align advertising activities with promotion calendars and GMV targets.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, issues, and recommended actions.
Maintain accurate tracking, campaign documentation, and advertising performance data.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing performance ads, preferably within the beauty, fragrance, skincare, personal care, or consumer goods industry.
Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta, or CPAS.
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, including GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, cost per order, average order value, and advertising cost ratio.
Able to analyze performance at campaign, product, audience, and creative level.
Comfortable working with large data sets, spreadsheets, dashboards, and marketplace advertising reports.
Strong commercial awareness and able to balance revenue growth with advertising efficiency.
Able to independently manage daily campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in beauty or fragrance brands will be a strong advantage.
