Job Description
- Master knowledge and information related to luxury brands and share it with customers.
- Deliver service excellence to customers in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Establish and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain customer database and preferences (CRM).
- Contribute to sales by achieving individual and boutique targets.
- Support daily boutique operations and customer handling.
- Perform and maintain daily stock inventory.
- Ensure boutique SOPs and Service Excellence standards are executed properly.
- Support opening and closing checklists, as well as boutique readiness (display, cleanliness, and manpower).
- Handle customer concerns according to service guidelines and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma's or Bachelor's degree from a reputable academy or university.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Retail Sales or Client Advisor (luxury retail experience is a plus).
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a hospitality-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional manner.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to learn new tasks and support cross-functional collaboration when needed.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
