Job Summary
The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to generate new business to increase revenue in the city through offering workspace solutions to potential members. The role also intends to build and maintain sustainable relationships with existing members and to explore business opportunities strategically from them.
Responsibilities
- Meet closing targets by prospecting new members through networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential member;
- Manage the virtual office and coworking revenue stream and work closely with the City Director and line head to produce and implement strategies;
- Support the Business Development team with market research and competitor analyses;
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Handle sales enquiries and follow up proactively. Provide solutions according to the member’s expectations;
- Keep abreast of the news and movement in the market. Strive to develop potential members to increase sales revenue ;
- Actively build network on behalf of TEC among Real Estate Agencies, Chambers of Commerce, Government Bodies, Professional Services firms and MNCs;
- Maintain a good and lasting professional relationship with internal team members, members and business partners ;
- Collaborate with other teams internally for pre-sales planning or after sales services ;
- Participate in business events and sales related activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any related specialised field
- Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience
