About The Job
Join our Production team at Prambanan Factory and be part of a high-performance manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator in Blending & Packing, you will play a key role in executing end-to-end production processes—from material preparation to final packing—while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency through the implementation of Integrated Work System (IWS).
This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills, problem-solving capability, and contribute to continuous improvement and digital manufacturing initiatives.
