What you will do:
- Support daily production administration and documentation.
- Perform production data entry into production systems.
- Prepare daily production reports and dashboard updates.
- Maintain production document control and filing.
- Support material movement records and stock opname activities.
- Assist production team during execution and issue follow-up.
- Support general administrative activities related to production operations.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
