We are looking for a dynamic Executive - Human Resources to execute our HR initiatives at Admattic. Your role will involve managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, documentation and exit management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • Employee Engagement and Well-being:
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and motivation.
  • Implement wellness programs to promote the health and well-being of employees.
  • HRMS Management
  • Ensure the HRMS is updated with all the required changes
  • Track and monitor leaves and attendance dashboard and resolve employee queries if any
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster strong employee relations through effective communication and support.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilise HR analytics to measure and assess HR-related metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in human resource management in (SaaS or digital marketing industry exp will be preferred)
  • Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving HR-related issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
