JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To ensure that all Quality Management Sytem procedures are implemented at job site.
- To overall plan, supervise and monitor the progress of project including cost control and to have the full understanding of the project needs.
- To coordinate resources allocation for the project.
- To attend meetings with the consultants, authorities and customers.
- To initiate and verify corrective actions as and when deemed necessary.
- To serve as a member of the Management Review Committee, as and when appointed.
- To maintain staff discipline at job site.
- To chair of the site meeting, sub-contractors meeting and to be the chairman for site safety committee.
- To liase with planning department to prepare program of works and project cash flow.
- To check and review all method statements and all work instructions before submission to consultant.
- To carry out other job assignments as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degre, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent in Construction related subject.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the engineering design construction, supervision and project management related activities or related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering- Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
- Ability to get along, liase and work well with clients / Authorities / consultants will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Johor Bahru.
- Required skills : MS Office, AutoCad
- Required Languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese
