Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing hotel FLS including planning. implementing, and supervising fire safety measures.
- Ensure that all fire and safety equipment within the hotel are in good working condition at all times.
- Develop well-structured evacuation plans for easy and safe evacuation during fire emergencies.
- Conduct routine fire safety checks to assess hazards and ensure property safety.
- Establish clear and concise emergency procedures to follow during crises.
- Collaborate with external fire service departments to create effective emergency response plans.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Fire Life Safety Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with fire safety systems, equipment, and evacuation protocols.
- Efficiently manage fire safety plans and inspections
- Address fire safety deficiencies and hazards effectively.
- Conduct fire drills and provide training to staff.
- Identify hazards and assess fire risks within the premises.
