Responsibilities:
- To coordinate works among inter-department, consultants, clients, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers in project implementation.
- Plan, manage and complete specific projects within given time and cost target with approved quality.
- Preparation of budgets, monitor, taking correction action and regular updates on status of project.
- To monitor progress of works of project.
- Identify and anticipate site and construction problems and implement workable solutions.
- Propose method of construction and resource requirement for effective utilization.
- Liaise with clients and consultants on technical and contractual matters.
- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Manage a team of project personnel
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil / Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Construction Building environment.
- Conversant with the use of MS Excel, Words, MS Project and Powerpoint.
- Self-motivated, result oriented with good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently.
