We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Engagement Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR engagement functions, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement events, such as team-building activities and celebrations. Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities for events.
- Support the administration of employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction.
- Assist with handling inquiries and providing support on general HR matters.
Work closely with HR team members to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Duration: This internship is expected to last duration 3 months more with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Requirements and skills :
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or any other related studies.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both in written and spoken. - Positive working attitude and result-oriented person.
- Team player and also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Healthy and self-motivated person.
