Customer Relationship Executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma, any field.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and empathetic nature.
• Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written Mandarin and English is a must . The role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
• No work experience required but must be willing to learn and adapt. Working experience in customer service, healthcare or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• Preferably non-executive and executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full time positions only.
• 必须拥有至少大专学历。
• 具备良好的沟通能力，服务意识和抗压能力。
• 必需通晓英语，华语和国语，中文优先。
• 客户服务或医疗服务业工作经验者优先。
• 无需工作经验， 提供在职培训。
• 只限全职。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To fulfill, manage and provide solution to customer needs, schedule and enquiries during their presence in Malaysia.
• To be the key liaison for the assigned customers.
• Maintain and build good relationship with customers and related stakeholders.
• To provide regular updates on assigned tasks on various communication channels including wechat and mobile phone to other team members and manager.
• Ensure reports, administrative forms and updates are completed on-time and submitted at all times.
• 负责记录并核实客户的咨询，疑问，分析并及时给予答复。
• 需为客户分配时间及行程。
• 需建立及维护与客户的良好关系。
• 需以电子档或微信汇报经理分配的任务并提供定期更新。
• 确保报告、表格及时更新与完成，并及时提交。
