Responsibilities :-

·       负责内部采购活动。积极跟进订单状态。

·       进行市场调查以跟上新兴趋势和商机。

·       与主管合作制定未来的采购计划

·       安排产品进行Sirim 认证。

·       负责产品的进口和清关。通过与供应商保持良好关系和持续联系,确保订单在时间范围内到达。

·       跟进供应商的订单到达状态、产品质量和供应商的应收单。就产品质量和技术问题与中国公司联络。

·       确保组装过程按时进行并监控进度。

·       监督产品质量和保修服务,提供技术支持和建议

·       保持所有采购、定价、发票和其他重要数据的良好记录。

·       更新最新库存数据。

·       与财务部密切合作处理供应商的应收单。

·       执行供应商管理

·       任何管理层可能分配的临时工作

·       Responsible for internal procurement activities. Be proactive on following up ordering status.

·       Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities. 

·       Work with sales team and supervisor to develop future purchasing plans and forecast.

·       Arrange product for relevant authorities’ certification.

·       In charge of product importation and custom clearance. Ensure orders arrived within the timeframe by keeping good relationship and constant contact with supplier and vendors. 

·       Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders arrival, product quality and invoices. To liaise with China company about product quality and technical issues.

·       Work with SKD factory to ensure that assembly process is carried out on time and monitor the progress.

·       Oversees product quality and warranty services by providing technical support and advices.

·       Maintain good records of all purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data.

·       Maintain updated inventory database.

·       Work closely with Finance Department on billings

·       Vendor management

·       Any ad-hoc job that may be assigned by the management





·       应聘者必须至少拥有相关领域的文凭/学士学位。

·       拥有产品认证及进口工作经验者优先。

·       懂得使用电脑软件 – MS Words / Excel / Powerpoint

·       通晓英语和能书写中文和用中文沟通(与中国公司联系)

·       有自身纪律、成熟且能够独立工作

·       拥有良好的谈判技巧

·       拥有团队精神,可以融入团队

·       工作地点:One City, Subang Jaya


·       Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

·       Preferably possess working experience in product certification and importation.

·       Computer literate – MS Words & Excel & PowerPoint

·       Proficient in spoken and written English.

·       Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (need to liaise with China Office)

·       Disciplined, matured & able to work independently

·       Good negotiation skills

·       A good team player

·       Willing to work at One City, Subang Jaya
