Responsibility : 

  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to staff.
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
  • Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments for customers or visitors.
  • Make travel arrangements for office personnel.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, purchase orders, billing, basic bookkeeping, and office documents.
  • Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
  • Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
  • Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.
  • Assist superior/manager in daily tasks.

Requirement : 

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or LCCI or Equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the administration field (general clerk experience is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in operating office machines (photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software for managing paperwork.
  • Good communication skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin is compulsory as need to deal with China vendor
  • Passion for the latest technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Fresh graduates with positive attitudes are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
