SALES MANAGER (Based in Kota Damansara, PJ)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Subaru sales team and drive the growth of our Subaru dealership for our Kota Damansara outlet.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, motivating the sales team and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess in-dept knowledge of Subaru vehicles, excellent sales acumen and strong leadership skills.


  1. Provide effective leadership to the sales team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  2. Set clear sales, goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
  3. Implement training programs to improve the sales team’s product knowledge and selling techniques.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  5. Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Create and implement sales initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Possess an in-depth understanding of all Subaru vehicle models, features, specifications and technology.
  8. Demonstrate the ability to communicate Subaru’s unique selling points and advantages to customers effectively.
  9. Assist the sales team in building strong, long lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  10. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to maintain a positive brand image.
  11. Utilize sales data and performance metrics to assess the team’s progress towards targets.
  12. Develop action plans to address performance gaps and optimize overall sales performance.



  1. Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  2. Strong knowledge of Subaru vehicles, their specifications and features.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with principals, customers and lead the sales team effectively.
  4. Demonstrate leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  5. Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends and make strategic decisions.
  6. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
