We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Subaru sales team and drive the growth of our Subaru dealership for our Kota Damansara outlet.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, motivating the sales team and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess in-dept knowledge of Subaru vehicles, excellent sales acumen and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:-
- Provide effective leadership to the sales team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Set clear sales, goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
- Implement training programs to improve the sales team’s product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and implement sales initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of all Subaru vehicle models, features, specifications and technology.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate Subaru’s unique selling points and advantages to customers effectively.
- Assist the sales team in building strong, long lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to maintain a positive brand image.
- Utilize sales data and performance metrics to assess the team’s progress towards targets.
- Develop action plans to address performance gaps and optimize overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Strong knowledge of Subaru vehicles, their specifications and features.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with principals, customers and lead the sales team effectively.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends and make strategic decisions.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
