Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and proactively plan for talent requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the recruitment process.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition and regularly report on recruitment metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are advantageous.
