Responsibilities:
- Reports to Project Director
- Overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management and budgeting
- Leads a team of Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Surveyor, Site Quality Coordinator and Supervisor
- Establish Project Quality Plan for overall project planning
- Establish Inspection & Test Plan for the assigned project
- Determine the verification and validation to be carried out for the assigned project
- Supervise engineers and site staffs for all activities related to the assigned project
Project management and coordination with other design consultants and contractors - Ensure site staffs carry out quality control inspections during construction stage
- Monitor project schedule and rectify non-conformity, if any
- Implement & continually improve to achieve Quality Policy & Objectives
- Liaises with client, consultants and local authorities
- Attends all client/consultant meetings
- Others as requested by superior or as stated in ISO documentation
Essential Education, Training, Skills and Experience:
- At least a Diploma or Degree holder;
- At least 8 years of working experience in ID construction industry
- Project co-ordination

- Decision making skills
- Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements
- Computer literate and fluent in oral and written English.
