About the Role
The Nielsen Data Operations team provides insights on advertising strategies to help businesses plan for the future. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for capturing, coding, and delivering data for the Singapore market and/or other assigned markets.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver data reports and dashboards to our internal Client Services team and/or external clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Identify products and advertisements on media channels for data input
- Enter accurate information into our database platform within specified timeframes
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot technical data queries
- Collaborate with Client Services team to meet client requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Support new initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to read and speak Tamil or Mandarin to gather data from publications and advertisements
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of research and/or data management experience preferred
- Interest in data analytics
- Familiarity with Google Suite Applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

- On-time and accurate data input
- Compliance with internal processes and procedures
- Number/percentage of errors flagged during data audits or quality checks
