• Develop integrated communications strategies and plans to help them fulfill their business and marketing objectives
• Partner with the clients to be their steward for their brand and business
• Advocate the needs of their customers and markets in order to deepen their relationship with our clients’ brands
• Recommend initiatives and innovations to help them grow their business and establish effective differentiation
• New business – to be involved in architecting the insights process (when necessary) and developing business/communications strategies that will lead to new business wins.
Account Management
Roles & Responsibilities – as an Enhancer, to train the Account Management team to think and act more strategically and develop effective marketing communications solutions.
• Responsible for the enhancement and expansion of the strategic capabilities of the team and its members through collaboration, training and development
• Ensure that the team understands their client’s business (strategies, markets & customers) and how our recommended strategies support them, so that
o They are empowered to make sound recommendations valued by the clients and their customers
o They are able to ensure that the creative output is in line with the strategy, and
o They are able to actively contribute to the development and refinement of our strategies for clients
Creatives
Roles and Responsibilities – as a Catalyst, to work with creative teams to develop effective marketing communications solutions.
• Collaborate with the creative teams to provide strategic basis for insights that will guide the creative idea and ensure that we are aligned when we present to our clients; that our strategies and creatives are in line with each other.
