- Maintaining and driving cost leadership in PT
Main Responsibilities and Duties
1. To participate in New Product Startup and its relevant critical milestones which include
- Process Planning and Industrial Engineering
- MAE, EWAK investments, including Investment Analysis
- Production line layout, according to EHS and Safety requirement
- Coordinate and participate in Process FMEA
- Support on QG builds until mass production
- CmK, CpK analysis; MTM / UAS study, Line Balancing evaluation
- Support the relevant audits (Internal, SIRIM, CCC, etc)
2. To sustain the existing mass production products
- Support production in achieving the defined KPIs (i.e DP, RSL1, IDC, VQ, etc)
- Drive CIP activities in assembly / production line such as (workstation, ergonomic, VT, process)
- To liaise with maintenance section for maintenance plan and spare parts replacement
- To train and guide Process Eng / Trainers/Supervisors / Maintenance on processes, equipment or machine by transferring technical and process know how
- Attend to quality complaint which related to production processes
- Continue update Manufacturing Document (soft copy/hard copy) as and when changes needed
- Verified all fixtures are in good condition at all time for production use
3. Others
- Depend on the individual capacity, others task may also been assigned from time to time
