- To prepare advisory presentation material, quotation, proposal and agreement.
- To facilitate in seminars, road-shows, exhibitions and trainings.
- To liaison with clients on job commencement date, deployment, preparing work done and ensure client endorsement of work done.
- To handle new service update to existing and potential customers.
- To establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with potential and current customers.
- To co-ordinate with cross functional teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies.
- To provide constant customers’ feedback or request to the management.
- To share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer and capture in a formal manner.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
