What you will do:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing client to encourage utilization.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents;
- Record/update internal systems for any financing application.
- Prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document;
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time;
What we are looking for:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Telesales
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills in English. Additional languages such as Chinese/BM is an added value.
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
