JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To perform agreement stamping in LHDN portal, delivery to customer, registration and archiving in DTS.
- Improve the operation flow of DMS operation and ensure all process running smoothly and comply with guideline and procedure.
- Ensure implementation of proper filing and arrangement of customer documents.
- Controlling of customer documents and agreements and document retrieval as and when requested by other parties.
- To provide full support to other department and branches nationwide in term of customer service and improvement solution.
- Work closely with other section in order to ensure operation run smoothly.
- Assist other Section / Unit operation as ad hoc basis.

- Able to manage and perform daily task required promptly and with accuracy.
- Expands additional personal effort to ensure continuous excellent customer service is provided for internal and external customers.
- Able to carry out tight schedule delivery.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRE:
- Management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma / Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in general or any related field.
