Job Description:
Non Performing Loan
- To manage External Collection Agencies (ECA) operation activities and handle any administration work related non-calling operation activities.
- To maintain and further improve External Collection Agencies performances to achieve collection target set by Management.
- To adhere with Company's internal policies and guidelines as well as Bank Negara Malaysia and any regulatory requirements.
- To monitor and report ECA performance.
- To conduct ECA visitation and ensure completeness of visitation document and highlight to Management.
- To provide excellence customer service and maintain good client relationship.
- To proceed invoice payment, file assignment and special arrangement accordingly to scope.
- To assist on any matter as per requested by Management.
Repo, Resell & Insurance
- To handle respossesion, resell, redemption or any administration work related non- calling operation activities.
- To maintain and or further improve repossession or any collection activities performances to achieve collection target set by Management.
- To perform warehouse stock count and update stock list on quarterly basis.
- To attend customer inquiry via telephone and walk in and resolve customer complaints within stipulated timeline.
- To provide excellence customer service and maintain good client relationship.
- To monitor of expiry of Repossesses / warehouse Agreement, permit, insurance and ensure the renewals Is made timely.
- To issue letter of authorization to redeem product repossessed from warehouse, settlement of arrears, full settlement of account and others.
- To prepare documentation and go to JPJ on transfer ownership.
- To liasing other department on discharge of ownership.
- To perform any ad hoc task that assigned by Management.

Diploma / Degree / Master in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business or equivalent.

Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in collection in general or any related field.

Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
- Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced working environment.
Knowledge & Skills Require:
- Analytical skills.
- Interpersonal skill.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
