Job Description:
- Gather information and prepare complex reports
- Coordinate and assist in sales analysis
- Handle day-to-day sales operations. i.e., Prepare and issue quotation, sales order, delivery note and other business operation
- Support the creation and follow up of budget and forecast data
- Monitor the sales performance using various sales tools
- Gather, consolidate, and prepare presentations for sales meetings
- Contact customers as needed, i.e., tele-marketing
- Support building up highly efficient sales database, i.e., maintenance and update customer database, sales report, sales forecasts and timely performance reports to management
- Coordinate product samples. Sales materials and market and communication collateral for the Sales teams
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline in any field
- Preferably 1 ~ 2 years working experience in the field
- Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply too
- Computer Literate – particularly with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Aggressive, Result oriented and self-motivated
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin) will be an advantage because the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
