Admin and Marketing Intern - Internship

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Computer Literacy in Basic Microsoft Office Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proactive, positive and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient / Fluent in English and Chinese ; and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia or any second language
  • Capability to read, write or speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Able to commit minimum 3 months full time, 6 months commitment is preferred.
  • Curious and creative mind that enjoys rethinking ways of working
  • Ability to cope and adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development.
  • Strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills.


Interns will have the chance to participate in a variety of active projects of ICCCM that offer a special perspective into the working procedures of ICCCM. Interns will assist the ICCCM's projects in a number of ways, including:

  • Supporting the creation of project proposal, development of project management systems and tools
  • Coordination of events and webinars: Assisting with the planning of lectures, conferences, webinars, competitions, and other public events; providing logistical assistance and event hosting support; and taking minutes.
  • Communications: creation and distribution of newsletters, event summaries, and other communication papers.
  • Translational & Editorial support: copy editing and proofreading documents
  • Partner development : Develop business plan, reaching out to existing or new partners and present
  • Social Media Marketing: Help increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and lead generation through content generation and creative copywriting
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Research industry-related topics.
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Assist on administrative tasks.

Salary: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
