Executive - Credit Management (AKPK Admin)

Job Description:

  • To handle AKPK files and ensure individual AKPK collection target set Management is achieved. 
  • To register, abort, withdrawal, reschedule and reinstate AKPK cases. 
  • Respond to emails and inbound/outbound calls about AKPK customers and account requests.
  • To prepare / generate the documentation. (e.g., Release Letter, Settlement Proposal, Refund.)
  • To prepare and submit the AKPK Monthly Report and Master list to the Unit Head or above.
  • To perform checking on the payment batch, receive from AKPK and provide the data to Processing (improvement) Department to input the payment.
     

Requirement: 

  • Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in collection in general or any related field.
  • Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
  • Successful candidate will be based at Subang Office.
