POSITION : CALL CENTRE
Job Descriptions :
- A Call Centre representative takes calls from customer, received new complaints, record all complaints in a daily tracker, update customer on a daily basis for any latest remarks & closure for each complaints received.
- A Call Centre representative delegates dockets to technician team for restoration & problem handling
- A Call Centre representative must have good listening skills & the ability to think quickly to make recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem
- A Call Centre representative may be required to raise PR for material request for cases needed additional material restoration
- A Call Centre representative may be required to assist on the normal admin task ; eg complication documentation of Safetty & Health etcÂ
