Job Responsibilities
- To collect outgoings from residents.
- Prepare collection report to be submitted to Head Office.
- To update debtors’ aging and arrange on enforcement i.e, water disconnection, reminders.
- Receive and record service request/ complaint from residents.
- To prepare monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel and/or other property management software.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Some knowledge in accounts would be an advantage.
