Job Requirements
- Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
- Experience in interior designing, creating custom furniture layout is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using design software such as AiHouse, and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of current trends and styles in interior design and customized furniture manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and customized furniture related finishes selection for customized furniture.
- Ability to take on-site measurements and create accurate floor plans and elevation drawings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within specific budgets and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with clients, sales personnel, suppliers, and other team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences.
Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for customized furniture designs.
- Develop concepts and create 2D and 3D renderings of customized furniture using design software such as AiHouse.
- Select appropriate design concept, materials, and finishes, that align with the client's vision and project requirements.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevation drawings, and specifications for customized furniture.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Maintain accurate records, including design specifications, budgets, and project documentation.
