Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.
- Build and maintain professional relationship with existing and new clients.
- Professionally represent the company to the public.
- Carry out beauty treatments with care and follow company's standard.
- Equipped with knowledge about the variety of spa services in the market ranging from body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, and manicure/pedicure.
- Promote and sell products suitable for client's needs.
- Give excellent and personalised customer service while handling treatments and consultations.
- Determine and knowledgeable on any promotion/product launches or any new happening.
- Maintain hygiene and equipment and sample inventory of products.
- Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries, needs, and expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Spa Manager.
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Familiarity in sales will be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
- User level computer skills.
