SALES COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain the sales database and CRM system.
  • Coordinates sales meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing presentations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth operation of the sales process.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Preferable proficiency in CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus.
