Senior Compression Molding Technician

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

1. Responsible for continuous optimization in compression molding process/parameter, improve product quality and production efficiency.
2. Implement compression mold trial and provide mold testing report.
3. Make process documents/SOP/production reports
4. Troubleshooting for compression molding process issue and molding related tooling issue

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
2. 5+ years hands-on experience of compression molding process.
3. Can accurately identify rubber product defects and analyze the root causes.
4. Thorough understanding of compression molding Principle.
5. Have deep understanding of raw material properties of silicone rubber
6. Familiar with material mixing process
