Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently.
- Auditing every process, equipment and every detail associated with the manufacturing unit.
- Preparing an efficient schedule for all production operations and assisting in installing and maintaining machines and tools.
- Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if required.
- Perform regular audits on all safety control programs.
- Participate and conduct Hazard studies such as HAZOPs.
- Develop BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balance for new and existing plants.
- Prepare and compile standard operating procedures and equipment operation manuals.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in production preferably chemical process plants;
- Strong SHEQ knowledge and ability to enforce SHEQ requirements;
- Leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, and exercise independent judgment;
- Strong analytic skills and must be able to identify and solve problems quickly;
- Ability in managing and working closely with consultants, contractors and vendors.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
