Job Requirement:
- Possess bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent.
- Experience interfacing with Sprocket/Chain/Bearing/Shaft etc.
- Experience interfacing with Sensors, Servo & Induction motor/Pneumatics control etc. is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Software - Draftsight & Solidworks
- Good inter-personal & Teamwork abilities
Job Responsibility:
- To lead projects assigned by Manager/HOD.
- Help team to implement all the improvement project which includes automation and process.
- Data Collection and analysis to continuously improve/optimize the existing or new automative machine & process.
- Maintain/Troubleshooting/do preventive maintenance for any automative machine.
- Share/Train/Coach Production Technical team to operate and maintain the automative machine & process with an effective solution or suggestion.
- To liaise and coordinate with related stakeholders of the assigned project to meet project requirements.
- To execute planning works, e.g. collect engineering data and information such as site/parts measurement prior to project execution or parts/Machine fabrications.
- To prepare documentation for hand over purposes of site installations done.
