Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Control System Engineering.
- Preferred to have hands-on in Control Automation, Robotic Applications, SCADA, PLC/DCS, Electrical Designs, Instrumentations, Pneumatic Control, Vision Sensors, Industrial Communications and integrate with Mechanical related automation Parts.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field for Junior Position
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field for Senior Position.
Job Responsibility:
- Able to analyze, understand, troubleshoot, identify the root cause and propose solutions & solve the root cause for the factory's electrical, control, instrumentation, processes, machine operation, robot, vision, industrial communication and automation systems.
- Have direct experience working as a System Integrator/manufacturing for at least 2 years such as able to Design, Develop, Programming, Configure, Commission PLC/DCS, SCADA systems, robots, machines and Instrumentations.
- Able to read, understand and modify schematic drawings.
- Able to write test protocols and documentation.
- Have some experience in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing skill sets.
- Experience and exposure in Electrical Design, script programming & SQL Database, IoT and Ind 4.0 requirements skill sets.
