Job Descriptions:
- Managing & minimizing equipment unscheduled downtime.
- Implementing periodical check on production standard/condition to maintain continuous and uninterrupted production process.
- Initiate improvement activity to new and existing installations.
- Handling and troubleshooting factory machine & equipment.
- Develop and implement plant improvement/optimization plans through studies on efficiency, feasibility and profitability.
- Enhance and strengthen plant operation and minimize human errors, train/educate technicians with appropriate technical knowledge
- Take lead and involve in plant improvement and management programs.
- Lead/participate in process studies and projects implementation.
- Participate in tackling quality issues in process lines while keeping downtime to its minimum.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance, however fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Prior experience working in industrial & manufacturing environment with hands-on experience.
- MS Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint & etc). Knowledge in AutoCAD and Solidwork is an added advantage.
- Able to design and interpret electrical & control schematic drawings is an added advantage.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage and prioritise workloads with multiple priorities.
- Prior PLC knowledge is also an added advantage.
