Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Budgeting

1. Lead the development of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
2. Monitor budget performance and conduct variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Provide accurate financial forecasts and projections to guide decision-making.

• Financial Reporting

1. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Present financial insights that drive strategic initiatives and business growth.

• Cash Flow Management

1. Oversee cash flow management to ensure financial stability and optimal liquidity.
2. Develop strategies for cash optimization and investment opportunities.
3. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and manage transactions effectively.

• Risk Management

1. Identify financial risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
2. Maintain and enhance internal controls and compliance procedures.
3. Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any findings.

• Financial Analysis and Strategy

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
3. Evaluate investment opportunities and spearhead cost-saving initiatives.

• Team Leadership and Development

1. Lead, mentor and inspire the team to achieve excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient user of finance software (eg. AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication. data analysis and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
