SALES REPRESENTATIVE AND SALES ADMIN (JEWELLERY)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Cross-sell products.
• Manage returns of merchandise.
• Work with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Keep up-to-date with new products/services.
• Be knowledgeable about the products
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customer to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems and match their requirements
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different departments
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• For senior level, qualification in gemology is required. (Salary not limited to advertise salary range but based on experience)
• For junior level, extensive training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
• Familiarity of the retail sales process.
• Understanding with consumer behavior principles.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Good communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
