Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in KOL management, specifically within the FMCG/Beauty sector.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with top-tier/long tail influencers.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
Responsibility
Identify and Cultivate Top-tier KOLs:
- Utilize industry knowledge and connections to identify and cultivate relationships with top KOLs in the FMCG/Beauty sector.
- Develop and maintain a network of influencers aligned with brand goals.
Negotiation and Project Management:
- Lead negotiations with KOLs, including pricing, deliverables, and project timelines.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet established objectives.
Campaign Execution:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the brand and KOLs.
Performance Analysis:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of influencer campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights for future improvements.
FMCG/Beauty Industry Expertise:
- Apply deep knowledge of the FMCG/Beauty industry to inform influencer strategies and campaign development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
