We’re seeking an experienced Executive PA to provide top-tier administrative support to our CEO. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage communications, organize schedules, and ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations are seamless.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, arranging complex travel, and maintaining documentation. If you have a proven track record as a Personal Assistant, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide timely reminders
- Book and manage travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
- Any other ad- hoc responsibility assigned by the CEO.
Requirements and skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS office and other relevant software
- Pleasant personality, independent and committed, hardworking & positive work attitudes.
