Job Description
- Design & coordinate M&E building services.
- Knowledge in HV/LV Power Distribution, Lightning Protection System, ELV System, ICT Services.
- Knowledge in Lift / Escalator System, Fire Protection Services, ACMV, Coldwater & Sanitary Plumbing Services, LPG System.
- Prepare Bill of Quantity (BQ), QA/QC, Technical Reports, Tender documentation, Tender Analysis, Contract Documents, etc.
- Liaise with local authorities for drawings, materials & work approvals.
- Attend project meetings to coordinate with client, architects, other consultant & contractors.
- Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior, whenever necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical).
- 2-3 years working experience in related field.
- Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office & BricsCAD / AutoCAD.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication/negotiation skill; good contact with client / supplier / contractor, etc.
- Resourceful, self-motivated & able to work independently.
- Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
