Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide critical support in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and liaising with different departments. The ability to work independently, diligently, and with good critical thinking skills is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key support to the Sales Director, assisting with day-to-day tasks and customer interactions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations promptly in response to customer inquiries.
- Liaise with government agencies and different departments to gather progress updates and ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies and plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.
- Help organize and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and other events.
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries after working hours to ensure timely communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Able to travel outstation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and diligently with good critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Availability to respond to messages after working hours.
- Preferred: Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Preferred: Chinese-speaking.
