JOB PURPOSE
To undertake the functions of Sales & Purchase agreements administrative-related work and assist in weekend duties for sales programs and events as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and follow up on Sales & Purchase agreements (SPAs) to ensure the SPAs are signed timely
- Co-ordinate and liaise with purchasers, bankers and solicitors on the required documentations
- Prepare and issue official receipts and progress billings
- Monitor and ensure timely disbursements either from purchaser or end-financier
- Prepare and issue letter of undertaking to bankers, and route lawyers letter/email correspondences, as necessary
- Maintain proper and organized filing system of purchasers records and documents
- Assist in sales duties as and when required including weekend duties for sales events
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
